MARRAKECH TO ZAGORA 2 DAYS TOUR

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Zagora.

Pick you up from your Riad/Hotel, and we start this 2 days desert trip Zagora from Marrakech to Sahara through High Atlas Mountains, or Tizi n tichka Pass (an altitude of 2260 m), and Ait ben Haddou Kasbah, one of the fortified villages listed under UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, we continue this short tour via Ouarzazate, is the true gateway to the south of Morocco, it is a desert city that attracts tourists. Continue to Agdez, and Draa valley with its procession of palm trees, ending the journey in Zagora to ride camels. Meet your camel man and start the adventure by camels to camp site for 1 hour. After, you will meet your guides around a camp fire with drums to play music.

Day 2: Zagora – Draa valley – Taourirt – Ouarzazate – Marrakech.

Wake early, to enjoy the sun rise and the magic of desert. Later, we have breakfast and ride camel back, in order to drive the car again this 2 days desert trip Zagora to Marrakech. Continue, through Draa valley and Agdez, place is located on the old caravan route linking Marrakech to Timbuktu. Next, the Taourirt Kasbah, is a fortified Kasr, along the former caravan route between the desert, and Marrakech. Also, we visit Studio of cinema, the place where many movies filmed such as: Gladiator, Mummy and Lawrence of Arabia. Late evening, we keep driving back to Marrakech.
