1. Who is responsible

Shining Morocco Tours, Morocco. Email: shiningmoroccotours@gmail.com, phone / WhatsApp: +212 622 171 509.

2. Enquiry form

When you send us the enquiry form we process the details you enter: name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, the tour you are interested in, optional travel date, number of travellers and your message. We also record the page you sent the form from and the language of the page. We use this data only to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

The form is sent through our hosting provider to our email service, and the message arrives in our email inbox. We do not store form submissions in a database on the website. We keep the email correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and for our legal and accounting duties, and delete it afterwards on request.

3. Service providers

• Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts the website and runs the form function. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address and the time of the request in server logs.
• Resend (USA, servers in the EU region) delivers the form message to our inbox.
• Google (Gmail) receives and stores our email.

These providers act as processors on our behalf. Data may be transferred to countries outside your own, including the USA, on the basis of the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

4. Tripadvisor rating

The rating shown in the reviews area of the home page is a widget provided by Tripadvisor (Tripadvisor LLC, USA). It is loaded when you open the home page. Loading it connects your browser directly to Tripadvisor servers (for example jscache.com and tripadvisor.com), which receive your IP address and browser details and may set cookies or similar identifiers. We have no influence on this processing. Details: Tripadvisor privacy policy, tripadvisor.com/PrivacyPolicy. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in showing current guest ratings. If you click a link to Tripadvisor, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, you leave our website and the privacy policy of that service applies.

5. Cookies

Our own pages do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your language choice is saved only in your own browser. The Tripadvisor widget (section 4) may set its own cookies when it is loaded.

6. Your rights

You may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and you may object to or restrict its processing. Write to shiningmoroccotours@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
